We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
2. No Size Exchange
Size exchange is not available. Kindly request the size chart on WhatsApp before placing your order. You may also place your order directly via WhatsApp after confirming your size.
3. Exchange (Only for Damaged/Wrong Items)
Exchange is applicable only if:
Item is damaged Wrong item or colour is sent There is a manufacturing defect
Conditions:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery Unboxing video (without cuts from address to sealed pack should be visible) is mandatory Product must be unused with original tags
If the requested product is unavailable: You may choose another product OR Refund will be credited within 30 business days.
